EUROPEAN YOUTH EVENT
The European Youth Event (EYE) brings together at the European Parliament in Strasbourg thousands of young people from all over the Europe and beyond to shape and share their ideas on the future of Europe. This event which happens every second year for two days, is a unique opportunity for young people to inspire each other and exchange their views with experts, activists, influencers and decision-makers right in the heart of European democracy.

As a youth NGO, FEMYSO is a representative voice for young Muslims all over Europe. By being involved with a strong EYE delegation composed of representatives of our member organisations, young independent Muslim activists and FEMYSO volunteers, we aim to to build bridges and engage with other activists, influencers and decision-makers. Vice versa, for thousands of such EYE participants it will be a unique opportunity to interact with a dynamic and proactive delegation of young European Muslims.
This event is also a rare chance to learn about our very own network and upskill our delegation to advocate professionally and effectively. In such open spaces Muslim youth can bring up their own concerns and hopes into discourse by debating on common and different challenges related to Europe which is a home to each of us. Finally, our presence at EYE is an exclusive moment to promote the presence and heterogeneity of European Muslim Youth and their energetic attempt for a diverse, cohesive and vibrant Europe.
